Then, step out onto the patio to admire the view of our spectacular vertical garden. Here, our Chef de Cuisine will share the history of this typical dish. Afterward, you can try your hand at making your own ceviche with locally sourced fish.
Our Express Experience is a class designed to learn the classics of Peruvian cuisine. We provide all the utensils for the preparation. It includes: Preparation of 01 Pisco Sour Preparation of 01 Ceviche Guided by our Chef de Cuisine and Bar Manager.
